Aerial Service Line
Industrial assets inspected
from the air.
High-resolution aerial inspection of stacks, tanks, flares, pipe racks, and rooflines at refineries, chemical plants, power facilities, and heavy industry sites. Coordinated with site operations to minimize production impact.

Who It's For
Built for industrial operations.
Facility Owners
Annual condition surveys of stacks, tanks, pipe racks, and rooflines across owned assets.
Plant Engineers
Document hard-to-reach assets without scaffolding, lifts, or crew exposure.
Refinery & Chemical Operations
Inspect flares, stacks, and elevated process equipment with the unit in service.
Insurance & Asset Underwriters
Risk assessments for industrial facility underwriting and policy renewals.
Deliverables
Every industrial inspection includes.

FAQ
Common questions.
Can you fly over active operating facilities?
Yes, with coordination. We plan flights with site safety to avoid interfering with operations, and we comply with any facility-specific flight restrictions or hazardous-area classifications.
What about classified hazardous areas (Class I/II Division 1)?
Our drones are not certified for entry into classified hazardous areas. We inspect from outside the boundary or from above the classified zone, which covers the vast majority of inspection needs — stacks, flares, tank exteriors, rooflines, and pipe racks.
Do you handle confined space inspections?
No. Confined space entry requires specialized equipment (typically tethered drones or crawlers) and dedicated certifications. We focus on external aerial inspection where drone flight is the right tool.
How does this compare to traditional rope access or scaffolding?
Aerial inspection eliminates the time and cost of erecting scaffolding or staging rope access teams. For routine condition surveys, the time savings are substantial — what might take a week of staging and crew time can often be captured in a single flight day. Rope access and scaffolding still have a role for hands-on testing, repair work, and ultrasonic thickness measurements.
What's the turnaround for a multi-asset site survey?
On-site capture for a typical multi-asset industrial site (e.g., a refinery unit or chemical plant section) takes a half to full day. Reports are delivered within five to seven business days. Rush turnaround is available on request.
